Searching for a new way to contribute… COMTRIBUTE internet solutions to support non-profits
Montreal, July 12, 2010 - In association with Canada World Youth, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Canada and the Sauvé Foundation, Comtribute Inc. will host a media breakfast on July 20th, at the Sauvé House to unveil a new internet tool that will change the way non-profits fundraise.
Comtribute helps non-profit organizations to raise funds through a creative customized on-line platform. On-line users will have a means to contribute socially, without spending any money, and without altering their daily routine. Users will still have the same online experience they have always enjoyed, but now, while they are checking e-mails, playing games, searching online or reading the news; their online actions can support their favourite cause. Comtribute creates not just fundraising revenue, but goes much further to create brand awareness, and creative engagement and communication tools to link non-profits with their supporters.
Our flagship platform provides non-profits with their own (white label) search platform that includes a branded search website, search toolbar, and search desktop application which are powered by leading search engines. On average, each search generates several cents for the non-profits as an affiliate commission from advertisements. Small commissions multiplied by a large community of supporters, can result in a sustainable revenue source for non-profits.
